The founder of Guadagnoli & Associates, P.C., Donato Guadagnoli possesses broad experience in matters related to copyright and trademark law, with special emphasis on matters related to digital rights, new media and branded entertainment. Donato Guadagnoli also counsels corporate and business clients on all phases of business transactions, including the organization and financing of business entities, and employment matters, among other things.

Donato Guadagnoli worked for RCA/JIVE (a division of Sony Music Entertainment, Inc.) in its Business & Legal Affairs Department. Donato is a member of the American Bar Association (Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section) and the New York State Bar Association (Intellectual Property Law Section). Donato Guadagnoli holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Queens College, and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and is a member of the New York State Bar and the United States Federal Bar, Southern District of New York.
