• We represent property owners, managers, developers, construction firms, landlords, tenants, purchasers and sellers in property purchase and sale transactions (commercial and residential), including drafting and reviewing of purchase and sale and other property acquisition agreements, buy-sell agreements, private placement agreements and other seed capital (and necessary securities law compliant) agreements for real estate investment and acquisition transactions.

• We also represent clients in residential and commercial lease negotiations including drafting and reviewing of leases and lease provisions.
